Susan was incredible, she helped my wife and I prepare our wills. She did an excellent job, both talking us through the process for actually doing the will, as well as guiding us through the substantive documentation and drafting / mechanics of the will itself. For example, she talk us through the beneficiary waterfall with significant detail. We were also able to speak to her in plain English and work with her so the document was drafted to our liking from a legal perspective. The process was fairly efficient and only required a couple calls and a couple back-and-forth drafts to get the details right. Would definitely work with her again.Posted on Google

This wasn’t just a real estate transaction for our family. My parents lived in this home for almost 40 years and poured an incredible amount of money, work, and love into it. My mother had already agreed to the buyer’s initial offer, even though she potentially could have accepted a higher cash offer, because she is a woman of her word and wanted to honor the agreement she made. My fiancé and I were having a difficult time with the prenup with our past lawyers, we would get stuck a lot with no solutions it seemed (months of churn and delay). However, I hired Susan when we were two weeks out from the wedding. Susan changed the trajectory of our prenup process, provided solutions, remained calm and positive, and got us through the finish line with a week to spare.
